  • My friend immigration issue?

He came to the USA at the age of 6 in the year 2000 and currently does have a TPS (temporary protected status) designated for Haiti. He will be turning 21 next month and based on his situation would like to know how to best apply for a green card. Is there any particular forms/benefits he can receive based on his circumstance besides just filling out the I-485 form. Thank you

  • Does an A-number guaranteed USCIS acceptance?

USCIS sent a letter saying that my son I-130 case was sent to the California Service Center and leaving NBC but on the form there was an A number on it. Does that mean he has been approved or not? Also I am a US citizen

  • Have the Miami Heat found Mike Miller replacement in James Ennis?

Ennis (the Heat second round draft pick) had a good summer league and looks like he has a promising NBA future. He is a good 3 point shooter, athletic, good defender and fits the Heat culture. I can see the Heat adding Ennis to the rotation which would be a upgrade over Mike because he`s younger, a better defender and more athletic.

  • U.S. Immigration process for Green Card?

I am a citizen and I am applying for my 19 year old son to obtain a green card. I have filled out the I-130 and I-485 for him. He has been living in the US for 10 years and does have a social security number. How long do you think it will be for him to acquire permanent residency?

  • What if your child does not have a visa?

When applying for a child under 21 that does not have a visa what must you do when filing the I-130 form. I am a citizen also. And also what are the privileges you receive if your parent who is applying the I-130 form for you is a U.S. citizen and not a permanent residence.

  • Are these the reasons why the Heat won`t repeat?

Beside having Lebron James this team has multiple issues. They can`t rebound currently 29th in the rebounding and in they allow this many offensive rebounds they won`t survive. Their guards ( Cole, Chalmers, Wade, Allen) have trouble stopping penetration and other NBA guards drive freely against them. Bosh has struggled rebounding only 13 rebounds in last 3 games, and he struggles in the post. Eric Spoelstra is unable to implement defensive schemes that doesn`t involve Lebron doing everything. And they rely on LeBron more than any other team rely on their best player, he plays close to 45 minutes a game and is just tired. To me this is not a formula to win a championship and the Heat need to address a coaching change/ trading for bigs.

  • Should kings trade Demarcus Cousins to the Spurs?

From everything we can all tell that Cousins and the kings need to find a trade, and the perfect place for him to go is to San Antonio. The spurs can offer some players, draft picks, and bring in non-wanted Kings salary for Cousins. That would be the best situation for Demarcus because he would have a mentor like Tim Duncan that can teach him how to be professional, a coach in Gregg Popovich who is good with personalities and teammates like Tony Parker & Manu who can also teach him.

    Trade scenario

    Spurs get:

    1.Demarcus Cousins

    2. John Salmon

    Kings get:

    1. 2013 Spurs 1st rd pick

    2. Thiago Splitter

    3. Nando de Colo

  • Does Greg Oden still have a chance at NBA stardom?

I know I may be the only one but I believe Greg Oden if given the opportunity wil be a future star. He has had a lot ( I mean A LOT) of sugeries and lost some athleticism, bt defensively can still be a stalwart. If he sits out all of this season and come in next year for any team he will be a steal. I truly believe if healthy and motived in 25 or less minutes a game he can average 8.5 rebounds and 2 blocks which is very good in that amount of time. What do you think?
