Canada is a lot nicer, and that's not a stereotype. I guess because the population in America it higher than Canada, and you're more likely to get violence and crimes. The ratio is probably the same though.

I think that the parents just have to be more supportive and protective.

A start would be to start holding parents more accountable for what their little darlings do. If parents could be charged with accessory before the due to negligence or lack of parental supervision, you just might see some parents rein in their kids more tightly.

Liberal laws have made it impossible to discipline children like they need it. Sometimes you have a bastard that just needs the crap beaten out of him in order to teach him a lesson. I've been on America for tourist once, nothing bad happen. Every countries has their bad sides. America however has them "alot".
