So my dermatologist gave me this acne treatment & ive been using it for about 6 weeks my acne is completely clear can I stop using it now?

If your acne has cleared up I would definitely stop using the product. You don't want your skin to become dependent on the medication and the product is no longer effective. I would stop using it for a while and see if your results stay.

Yeah stop for a bit and see if it comes back. if it does just reapply that stuff, if it doesnt youre in the clear. You dont want to overuse those things
