Was this new wave of intense violence, murder and bigoted hatred in Egypt towards Christians ....?
... fomented by the Obama administration? The group Obama sympathizes with, the Muslim Brotherhood, have been armed and spurred to intensify their bigoted hatred of Christians even chopping up a Coptic Christian man and dumping his body parts. I am just wondering where these haters got their weapons who antaganized them into this frenzy of violence? Has any one been connecting the dots on this?

I live in Egypt and the church attacks were staged by rouge Mubarak's era Secret police to frame it on the Muslim brotherhood. Thus letting the Military junta gain international support and to over shadow the massacres of august 14th in Egypt which killed 1300 protesters. A lot of the targets were either catholic properties or Protestant properties with few orthodox one. Who in the world will take revenge of the Coptic Orthodox blessing of the coup and massacres by targeting Catholic and protestant proprieties!! I won't be surprised if Orthodox christens in Egypt did it cause it doesn't make sense at all.

No, Christians were always being persecuted. It just got worse during the 80s to now. Since law enforcement at the moment is a joke, they take advantage of the situation and rape and murder Christians. Islam at its best.

No, our foreign policy blunder was to hitch our wagon to the Muslim Brotherhood. We should have sat up and taken notice when the democratic process broke down and droves of legislators walked away when Morsi refused to abide by democratic principles.

Although Obama was reluctant to let the MB Morsi be ousted, and though he is in many cases making it difficult for American Christians to practice their religion, I do not believe Obama supports this violent terrorism that the MB Morsi supporters have been committing.
The Christians of Egypt are not even a crucial factor in the anti-Morsi movement, since they make up only 11% of the population - at least they did. I don't know how long they will, if this persecution becomes intense enough to become genocidal.
And by the way, the Coptic Christians are the only ones who still speak ancient Egyptian - in their religious services and prayers!

Islamism. And no. This has nothing to do with Obama. Islamists hate Obama and America.
