Can we make things happen?
So, I'm 13 and out of few things I would rather not explain I started thinking things were not real. That lead to "depersonalization." My touch was reduced, my hearing and sight were also different. I felt in a dream and like I was in a 3rd person view. But the question is, when I proven that, can I also imagine things up just as easy like zombies?? It sounds stupid but...
I mean... I felt insane during depersonalization and experienced something I never even thought existed.. Is it possible to imagine other things up as easy?!

Perhaps if what happened to you led to some sort of outer body experience the people in the spiritual section could help guide you better and answer your question better.
I would say if you had those feelings you might need to get some counseling or tell an adult that you trust about it. That doesn't sound really healthy.
