mosquito-like bites only on feet?

I work in an office, so I'm not really outside.

They only seem to happen while I'm sleeping.

Checked all the windows and screens, no holes.

They itch and appear to be mosquito bites, but only happen on my feet!

What else could it be?

I wear clean socks everyday, and sleep barefoot.

(NO I DO NOT HAVE BED BUGS)

I know I had a couple of bumps that appeared on my legs, and I couldn't find any bed bugs or anyting for a while. Until I got lucky one day and finally saw a single flea in my carpet. Began to solve that problem, and the bumps went away. Soooooo mayyyybee you have a bug problem?
