The fact that he is calling for a congressional vote is an indication he doesn't have dictator qualities.

He has the authority to side step congress. It's actually quite the opposite.

There's a rep politician (the name eludes me) accusing Obama of undermining the authority of the commander in chief because he is deferring to congress. This politician frets future presidents will be compelled to abide by this precedent.

He doesn't have to start a war ... that's fox news leading you by the nose ring. Why would he even petition congress if he intended to side step it? It's WAY worse for him politically if he decides against a congressional vote that decided against intervention. Use your head ... think for yourself ... everyone knows fox sensationalizes it's heavy right wing slant. They manufactured a story based on conjecture and you fell for it.

The only way your assertion becomes valid is if Obama acts against the congressional vote about the resolution. And when he doesn't, fox owes you an apology because it made you get so excited over nothing (again).
