It seems to be fashionable to give your child a stupid name, what do you think of the name Carpet?

I would like these stupid parents to be in the school playground when the children are getting bullied because of their name,my brother suffered years of bullying,he had to get really tough if i wasn't with him, we lived in a working class area and his name was nigel! when he got a bit older he would tell every one his name was john.Parents have to think of the future,celebrity children don't usually have to worry,they go to private school where probably every other child has a stupid name,the trouble comes when tracy from the council estate thinks its lovely to call her child love apple!

It's a sad day when I can honestly tell you that I've heard much worse than 'Carpet'. I would not recommend using it. 'Noun' names seem to be a trendy kind of thing, but I don't know about household items so much. "Yes, these are my children: Carpet, Blender, and Soap-Dispenser."

The same as I would think if someone named their child "wall"
