Got drunk on Saturday and paranoid since?

Not badly paranoid but just enough uneasiness about how I behaved. Nothing awful I don't think but I did make an **** of myself with a girl. Anyway, how long do you reckon this feeling will last?

Update:

How about actually answering the bloody question? Sanctimonious AND useless, well done.

Ha ha, I recognise that feeling. I often experience a feeling of deep shame after drinking alcohol and I have never done anything remotely worthy of feeling shame at all. The feeling will pass and next time you feel like that you know what it is. People will only understand this if they also experience it. In my group of friends there is only one other person who gets it so we always have a laugh about it together.

You'll get over it - most young people make fools of themselves, it's all part of the learning process. And you would maybe do better to ask this question in the relationships area, as you seem concerned about what you have done to, or with, this girl.

It can last for a few days to months, depending on how much it's eating at you. It might help to talk to friends, or even talk to the girl and apologize. Just getting it off your chest and airing it out will probably help a lot.
