Will insurance premiums be reasonable?
The insurance will only pay a percentage as it does now. After you scrimp and scrape to pay the premium how can you pay the balance which may be close to thousands. This will be impossible for those with families on minimum wage will it not?

Low income families who cannot afford coverage will have low cost and no cost options to choose from. Read the law.

It depends on what kind of coverage you purchase, as it does now.
Subsidies are available for those who cannot afford it; and Medicaid is being expanded for the very low-income people. That is, except in states where a Republican governor has said no to the free federal money just because he doesn't like the President. (Fun fact: Jan Brewer changed her mind on this one.)

Insurance is a necessity for those that have something worth insuring. Low income people do have that luxury. Health insurance is covered for qualifying low income families. The insurance crisis affects the middle class person that must have it or risk financial ruin.
