Which treaty will replace the Kyoto Protocol now that the Kyoto Protocol's first phase ended in 2012?

What the hell is happening wrt all this? Is a new treaty coming up? Or is Kyoto really not all that dead? Why is there no material available on this on the internet. I can't even find any news items. Please help. I badly need internet resources for the situation in the post-kyoto era.

The first commitment period applies to emissions between 2008-2012, and the second commitment period applies to emissions between 2013-2020. The protocol was amended in 2012 to accommodate the second commitment period, but this amendment has not entered into legal force yet. Kyoto is far from dead and is still being applied, pending this formal entering into legal force.
