Should free will be an illusion, why wouldn't God show himself?
If he wont physically show himself as it will interfere with free will, he should should show himself if free will is an illusion, yes?

I guess the best answer would be: life is what you make of it.
If God did interfere, than it wouldn't be free will. A lot of people turn from their faith because they believe God has wronged them in some way. When in reality, they only have themselves to blame. You are in control of your own destiny, your reality. Because in reality, this all may be an illusion.

Exodus 9:12
"But the Lord hardened Pharaoh's heart and he would not listen to Moses and Aaron, just as the Lord had said to Moses."
The Judeo-Christian god has absolutely no problem with interfering with "free will." Hardening one's heart so that they will not feel obliged to release a group from slavery is not giving them a choice in the matter. Considering the words "free will" don't even appear in the Bible, I'd say it's a false doctrine.

Well, in the first place, God DID show Himself. He appeared to men throughout the Bible in what are referred to in theologic circles as theophanies. Secondly, God's physical manifestation wouldn't interfere with free will. It would interfere with belief by FAITH and not SIGHT.

God's showing Himself wouldn't interfere with our ability to make choices, which is what free will is. God makes Himself known as He wills.

Oh, but he has. Repeatedly. Read the Bible. It testifies of many appearances of God. And, if your response is, "Oh that's made up." Then my response is, "If you make excuses and rationalize it away, why would God show himself if it doesn't do any good for you anyway. In a way, he is saving you from the potential condemnation of having a powerful witness, and denying it anyway.
