I injured my neck during a back roll?
I was trying to do a back roll and before I knew it my legs went over my head and my neck help my whole body weight for a few seconds before I landed and I heard crackling sounds. It hurts just a little on the right side of my neck but maybe it's just because I'm panicking. I'm afraid to talk. Should I go to the hospital?
