It has nothing to do with your parents. If you were born on US soil, you are a natural-born US citizen. That's all there is to it.

The definition of a natural born (US) citizen was not only self-evident to the founders, framers and ratifiers of the US Constitution., but to 43* of the last 44 elected US presidents.
A "natural born citizen" is a person born a natural member of its father's society, without benefit or need of man-made law. In the case of an Art. II, §1, cl. 4 natural born US citizen: it is a person born within the jurisdiction under the sole allegiance of its US citizen parents from birth.
Unfortunately, under present court decisions, even the offspring of illegal aliens born in this country are Art. II, §1, cl. 4 natural born US citizen and can be President of the United States, if elected, without ever a transfer of allegiance to support and abide by the US Constitution. Go figure.

*I include Chester Arthur in with the US Presidents who followed the two US citizen-parent rule due to the fact that he lied twice about his fathers naturalization and took steps to hide this fact by leaving instructions to burn all of his personal records after his death.

Everyone born in the U.S., except those with diplomatic immunity, is a natural born citizen. The rest of the details you gave don't matter.

Yes. As long as you were born in US regardless of parents' citizenships and/or immigration statuses you are a natural born citizen.
