Depends if son is 2 months or 2 years old....a newborn needs its mom, a toddler does not need his mom 24/7 and time away is healthy for both

I did daycare at times for socialization. No other siblings of cousins and no close neighbors in a small town there's not a lot of programs like swimming t ball etc.. waiting until 4 years at preschool is too long

It's nobody's business. There could be a number of reasons she chooses to do so. I personally would rather so a child be in a daycare/preschool learning and having fun than being at home bored.

I wouldn't say anything because I don't know everything that is going on with the mom. The important thing is whether the child is happy and safe. If yes then it's none of my business.

    I would say nothing.

My child was in full-time daycare because I have epilepsy and at that time my seizures were completely out of control.

And I was judged by people who did not know what was going on with me.

    So...MYOB

I would wonder why she does not want to spend time with her child.

I would not say anything (unless she asked for advice) since it would be none of my business.
