Workout plan for me ! Help!?
I am currently very overweight right now. I am 16 female, around 300 lbs, and 5'9". I carry my weight fairly well. Travel volleyball starts around November and my mom said I had to lose some weight or I can't play. What's a good workout routine I could do ?
Also, any tips to help lose weight ? And how much do you think I could possibly lose in around 2 months ?

I'm a weight loss coach. Weight loss is mostly about eating fewer calories and carbohydrates (bread, cereal, rice, potatoes, sugar/fruit, etc). Log all your meals on LoseIt or Fitday, since most people underestimate their food intake.
For exercise, do any vigorous exercise or sports often. Anything that gets your heart rate up. Do 45-60 minutes per day (you can split it into several shorter sessions).
Expect to lose 1-3 pounds per week, depending on how much you were eating previously.
