Why is it that guys seem to think that they r gods gift to women? How much more insecure can they get?

Because they have a high opinion of themselves. They feel they are the best looking , smartest and best dressed guy, anywhere they happen to be. This is the ego some guys have. It's a normal part of society, such as the girls that just look at you like you aren't there. They are the top of the schools "Food Chain"and can't be bothered by normal people. The guys think that they are doing girls a favor, to be seen with them. The same old shi8,on a new day.

You are being sexist in your generalization - this happens on ALL sides of the gender line - women do the same thing to guys - gays do the same thing as well - it's a matter of emotional maturity and over-inflated egos.

And, yes, it's all baseically insecurity - if you are "too good" for anyone, then nobody can turn you down for a date and you'll never be rejected.
