Should under any circumstances should a pastor talk to church members about other church members?

A pastor is upset because a decision he made was questioned by church members. He took it to some of his favorites in the congregation, trying to get them on his side. Right or wrong? He even called some of his flock trouble makers in the process.

The church does not belong to any Pastor. It belongs to God. His suggestion should have been presented before the deacons and/or church board. Then it should have been presented before the congregation.

    Dear Ken,

...maybe some where trouble makers. And to have success in any project, one needs support and co-operation.

Be encouraged: people are people and there will be disagreements until we leave this planet...

    All the best.

Right. And yes, he can talk to church members about other church members, as long as it is respectful and reasonable.
