What are some ways I can lose weight?
I want to lose weight, I'm 17, almost 18. I'm 5'6 and weight 116 lbs. Any suggestions? I'm now only eating three small meals a day, will this work or do I need to do something more? Exercise I don't really have time for with school and my job, so I'd prefer not to do that.

You're becoming a woman. Time to leave behind the adolescent body and allow your natural, womanly body to form. 116 pounds is quite light for 5' 6." I don't know why you want to look like a per-adolescent child, but I hope you can learn to be happy because you will likely continue to develop (all over, not just in your chest) and being and looking like a woman is actually quite nice! I'm 4'9 and I weigh the same as you. You're fine as you are. Be happy you're not overweight .
