You say you eat healthy but that depends on what you think that means. What do you eat for breakfast? Your breakfast needs to be high in protein, meat, milk, cheese, wheat germ and things like that. That way your blood sugar will rise and stay high all day, along with your energy levels. Many people get up and eat sugared cereal and toast in the morning. That is not a good choice. Your blood sugar will rise and then fall and then stay low all day no matter what you do later.

The drinking a lot of water is a fallacy also. You drink when you are thirsty. A good way to shorten your life span is drinking a lot of water. For one thing it is loaded with chemicals and fluoride. And it washes out your water soluble vitamins that are so important to energy production. Your body will tell you when it is thirsty. The only time you should drink a lot of water is if you are working outside in the sun.

If you still have a problem try taking a guarana supplement in the morning. If you take this, though, don't drink coffee when you are on it.

You seem to have a fatigue problem. Perhaps the energy vitamin B12 can help or a vitamin B complex. Coenzyme Q10 can also help to boost your energy level as in http://au.search.yahoo.com/search?p=%22coenzyme+q1... The super food Spirulina is another good energy booster.

One of the most common fatigue causes is anxiety, which is known to effect 40 million U.S. adults each year. Anxiety is a state of fear of real or imagined danger, which is manifested as increased heart rate, trembling, panic, weakness, extreme fatigue and stomach or intestinal discomfort. Anxiety disorders make up the largest mental illness diagnosis in the U.S.

Besides anxiety there are many other common fatigue causes such as insufficient sleep, too much sleep, under eating, thyroid problems or other illnesses (such as anemia, mononucleosis, CFS, glandular fever and many others), side effects from medication, dehydration, overexertion, an unhealthy diet and other causes as discussed in http://au.search.yahoo.com/search?p=%22common+fati...

One thing to try that is not prescription is a B vitamin complex that is time released, it has no bad side effects promotes better health and more energy. It is never a bad idea to take this vitamin even if you are feeling fine.

A visit to the doctor to see if there is a medical reason, such as low thyroid or possibly depression.
