How Hot Outside Is Too Hot For CD's?

It is summertime right now as everyone knows. I have a P.O. Box where I pickup my purchased CD's that I buy online. I place my CD's into plastic bags , but soon will be buying some of those re-usable bags you buy for like a dollar from grocery stores or Walmart.

I have it somewhat in the back of my mind that heat , even outside summertime environmental heat is bad for CD's. I have been bringing my CD's home from the post office for some time now through these summer months & am now worried about them as I never thought of this before til' now that I may have endangered my CD's bringing them home in these hot summer time outside temperatures , but never have listened to my CD's for any difficulties. I am wondering if the hot summertime heat , outside , while I bring my CD's home is going to damage them. I walk home by the way. It takes me between 10-15 minutes to get home each way. It takes me about 15 minutes to walk back home with CD's in tow. I can't wait til' it cools off at all because the post office closes at 5 p.m. every day. All doors , .... & they don't open to 8 a.m. But , I also don't get my mail til' 10 a.m. where I want to get my new packages just after 10 a.m. My real question here is if my CD's will be fine in the summertime heat with me walking with them home. If they are safe outside in a plastic bag in the summer heat with me walking with them home for about 15 or 20 minutes tops. Thanks.

Update:

This person says don't worry about it , while the other answer person told me "15-20 tops & then exposed any longer than that then "all data will be lost." That totally freaked me out ! ! ! All data will be lost ! ! ! ???? ...

I am getting conflicting mixed messages from one Yahoo! Answering person to the next as to either worry or not worry about my CDs / DVDs being damaged. One person tells me don't worry while the other will tell me after 15-20 minutes tops , that the "data will be lost." I am confused & I am in no position to call anyone a liar from one Yahoo! Answering person to the next because I know they are here to help & I always appreciate all you guys helping me with my answer(s). No doubt.

I am not in the business of calling people who know about these things better than I do. But I can't believe both answers that one says My CDs / DVDs will have "data lost" after 15-20 minutes tops while another person tells me between 4-

Update 2:

Damn. What The Hell's ? My Initial "Additional Details" got cut off. I don't know how to fix that ! What's up with that Yahoo! Answers ! Why is it cut off ? It shouldn't be. I had plenty of writing characters left !!!

Update 3:

The time for the question hasn't even expired yet & I am now asked to "Choose Best Answer " ? That makes no sense. Maybe I want to have a few answers & wait til' the question expires before I , yes I & only I , should choose a Choose Best Answer scenario. I hate it when someone else will go behind my back & over my head & choose the Best Answer for me before the question expires ! Yahoo! Answers & the people that answer the questions , rushes & manhandle's people too much to Choose A Best Answer. Damn. This is like a drive-thru question website. It's like a "question asking" website confused with a "speed dating" website. Times up ! Unfair Yahoo! Answers ! ;-(

don"t worry, i am sure there will be no harm to your cd"S until you keep the shiny part just below sun and that too for 8hrs. i have kept my dvd"S and cd"s approximately for 4hrs when we were shifting our house and even then there was no problem.so it"S my guaranteeeee 15 min do not give a damn.
