fever with hot face and cold body?
I had a headache and a fever of 101 with my face feeling really hot, yet i felt so cold. it was 80*F in my room yet i had to be in sweats and sweater and cuddled in my bed. i had tylenol which seemed to have helped with the chills. Then tonight, it was probably 77*F in my room which is the perfect temp for me, but i was cold to my bones. I had to get up to put back on sweats, long sleeves, sweater, winter socks, and even take out the electric heating blanket and turn it up to the highest. This morning, i now have a fever of 100.4 and still have a hot face will chills once in a while. I don't know if it's related but my knees have started to ache this morning. Also, my headache and hot face started after a really stressful situation. I saw online that these symptoms could be for anxiety or shock, but I'm not sure how long it's supposed to last

This is not any type of shock and anxiety will not cause you to have a fever such as you do. Describing your aching joints makes it sounds like you have a nasty flu virus of some kind. Stay in bed to rest, drink plenty to stay hydrated, and let it run its course.
If your symptoms become worse, call your doctor.

sounds like a "hot flash" usually associated with menopause. Likely you're just feeling flushed due to heat or exercising or something.
