You know the ones that are on your cardigans hoodies or flannel shirts is there a way to prevent that from happening or just taking it off ?

They make a special little gadget for this, like an electric shaver, battery-operated. Those little balls are called pills, and you want a de-piller. Most stores like Wal-mart sell them. You can prevent it to some extent, but on some fabrics pilling is pretty much inevitable. There are all kinds of articles about "how to prevent pilling" if you google that phrase.

    You cant prevent these happening

Its the fabric and friction that causes bobbling

I use a disposable razor to remove mine

Just wipe it over the bobbles and it removes them

You can use a disposable razor or a pumice stone. Use a light touch, tough. I have cut fabric with the razor before.

I will tell you why they are getting on your clothes. Your clothes are not good quality. If you are buying cheap, you are going to get cheap. I would rather have three shirts of good quality than 15 that are beautiful when you buy them cheap.

You can always use a lint roller or the method the user suggested below.

I use duct tape to get them off, and try to avoid mixing colors in the wash.
