Overriding the flight/fight (nervous poop) response?

I always need to take a crap before something important happens (exams etc.). I'm moving in at Uni tomorrow and I share a toilet with six people, including girls and I really don't want to spend the day crapping my guts out. And thoughts?

    Eat plenty of cheese. In our family it is called bunghole for obvious reasons.

    Get some anti-diarrheal medicine and don't drink any beer.
