Can't stand experts, especially women?

Internalized misogyny. Do some soul searching, read up on it, then work on it.

So don't watch TV. I rarely watch TV at all. Last time I turned on a TV to actually watch a TV show was in June...and that was because I was stuck in a hotel with a lousy internet connection.

TV tends to promote people (men as well as women) who project total confidence in what they are saying, and who will not admit when they are wrong. I think that Rush Limbaugh is a prime example of this type.

You can get just about all the news that's worth caring about on the internet these days, though of course you still have to filter through it. On the other hand, you can easily switch to another source at any time...one of the things that always irritated me about TV news is how much of it is human interest stories and sports, and I had to sit through the fluff pieces to get a bit of meat.

I don't know why the animosity. I just got back this morning from a top-level marketing seminar held by a woman who's best in her field. It was great.

Hard to know why you as a woman don't like other women talking. Is it reflecting something you don't like about yourself back to you? Usually we don't like in others what we don't like in ourselves.
