Expected salary when given the range?

the employer has put a range of salary to be offered e.g. 200-400USD. But now they require me to state my current and expected salary. what should state?

    If you are applying for a job, the right thing to do is to disclose your rate of pay from your current employer. You know how much your service is worth, so it's not unusual to let your prospective employer know how much you expect to get paid.
