Pain in my toe? What is the treatment?
I had this problem since three months ago when i was working out. Now, whenever I jump i felt a sudden jolt in my toe. My toe did not turn blue, swollen, red....etc etc. It looks normal. I can't bend my toe too much compare to my other toe.
My friend told me that i should use some ice to relieve it and wrap it with hot damp towel when I sleep. Is this true?

You might have a tiny fracture in it - get an x-ray and don't do any more jumping till you get the results.
