Is this a Yahoo! Answers violation?

Is it a Yahoo! Answers violation to answer a question and then include a request to "Answer mine?" along with a link to your own question?

Update:

How is this "cheating?" It's not like you get points for answers, do you?

Yes, for solicitation. While not explicitly stated in the guidelines, it is technically a violation for cheating, for giving your question an extra advantage for answerers, and solicitation.

No, you don't. And the "cheating" thing is something that some users claim, not an official Y!A staff statement. So, some may say it is, while others may not. But it is a clear cut violation for solicitation without a doubt.

See an official Y!A statement here:

Yes it comes under solicitation. A common violation for solicitation is including a link to another question and "answer mine." or a link to your blog or other personal site.
