Any fitness tips anyone?
Last week I decided to join a gym where I've lost five pounds there so far and counting. I've lost over 30 pounds so far and counting. I want to lose weight and bulk up afterwords. Does anyone know what I should do first or both at the same time? I'm really confused I just want to be the person I want myself to be. Also I want to broaden my shoulders and get muscle there can you tell me what weight machine I can use to bulk them up? Thanks!

Make sure you are eating a balanced diet with plenty of fiber and a good variety of fruits and vegetables. Vegetables can be tasty! Look online for some healthy and tasty recipes.

Getting enough sleep is essential for your body to recover from training, which means at least 7.5 hours every night. Put yourself ahead of the health of your social calendar!

Work within your limits. During the training may result in minor injury and can lead to more serious problems in the future.

When you exercise you are tarring apart your muscles, and then they heal but don't add new ones, eat meat (protein) as soon as you are done because it will add more protein to your muscles which is what you are really loosing.
