Who is more valuable to his team, Chris Davis or Miguel Cabrera?

I am going to say Cabrera, I keep seeing people saying that Davis has no one else on his team....Machado has a higher WAR than Davis on his team, so he has back up of other very good players. Davis is a great power hitter and plays a decent First base but Cabrera is a game changer at the plate. He is only 6 home runs behind Davis and is leading the league in every other meaningful category. He also gives all the batters in front and behind him more of an advantage than Davis does to his team. Miggy may not be the best fielder but he more than makes up for it.

Wins against Replacement: Cabrera is 3rd, next closest Tiger is Austin Jackson at 24th.

Davis is 6th next closest Oriole is Machado at 5th...that in itself tells the tale as to who is more important.

At the moment it has to be Davis. The O's depend more on Davis and his run production than Cabrera and the Tigers. Overall the Tigers have a better every day lineup. As long as Cabrera can DH during the AL playoffs they should be okay but if the Tigers end up in another WS they have a big problem. At least Davis is healthy.

Tigers would have a wicked big loss if they lost miguel cabrera because he better than chris davis any day and has gotten triple crown and is a garenteed shot for AL MVP this year and is looking like he could possibly get triple crown again.

Tigers - Cabrera is a more valuable player, so the Tigers would lose more value.

I think Chris Davis is a big loss

I say Davis since i believe Cabrera is another PED user who just haven't been caught yet.
