The first special episode is about an event that happened before Tomoya met Nagisa. Tomoya and Sunohara are goofing around being delinquents and set up a prank which Nagisa is the unfortunate receiver of but she ends up making a friend out of it.
The second bonus episode is a "what if" wherein instead of dating Nagisa, Tomoya went out with Ryou instead.
