Elfen Lied (story awesome but ecchhi content was problem)

Suggest me anime which does not have any content like elfen lied

neon genesis also had some unsuitable content indirectly

currently not in mood to watch action or detective like

I was thinking of watching Kanon

but can you suggest more which are good and having age rating everyone or 13+ (non adult)

Please avoid long series

~50 or less than 50 episodes

best if 20-30 or 10-20 episodes

but not longer series
