Massive trust issues.. Terrified of people talking about me?

For the longest time i have had this i guess somewhat fear that everyone is talking about me.. When people laugh behind me or near me i get terrified that its me their laughing at. And basically just panic over it.. Over the past year i have also constantly been feeling like i cannot trust anyone, and that basically everyone is out to **** me over. Its not just friends, its family and my boyfriend too.. People dont have to do me wrong for me to have a hard time trusting them anymore.. I just feel like no matter what i cant fully trust anyone. Is this normal ?

No it is not normal. People who cannot trust usually cannot be trusted. You are exhibiting signs of paranoia. I remember a cartoon where a man enters a movie theatre while a road runner and wiley Coyote cartoon is playing and turns to his friend and ask why is everyone laughing at me? None of us are so important that people are always talking about or laughing at us. I think you may benefit from some therapy. Good Luck!
