Can you do Miami without a car?
A friend and I are thinking of spending a few days in Miami. Is it a 'driving' city? Would not having a car be a pain?

I live in miami, need a car to go anywhere. Everything is too spread out. Where are you planning on staying/ doing? In some places you might have some things walking distance but eventually will need a car. You can take the bus which a day pass is $5 per person but the public transportation here sucks & takes forever, for ex going to a mall that doesnt take more than 10 min by car, I took the bus to last year, first took 40 min to wait for the bus to arrive then another 50 min to get to mall cuz of all the stopping.
