Has anyone had any luck fixing scheduled notifications & files themselves?
I've now reported our issues 5 times and provided information (screenshots/page source) 5 times to customer care regarding the fact that a) files do not perform per their settings b) members receive an error message when trying to join our group and c) they have removed the option to send automatic messages to people upon pending membership. They've told me the issue was being escalated, they have answered back asking for the same info all over again, and I re-send it. And yet no fix. Has anyone managed to find a solution to the issue of files not going out per scheduled settings? Do I just have to delete all our files? start from scratch? And when i do upload a new file, it does not retain the schedule settings we establish for it. It never appears in our notification are of our control panel. I am so incredibly disappoointed with Yahoo! after 9 years of loyalty to them despite having been taken out to dinner by Big Tent, and invited to have coffee with google reps, we stuck with Yahoo! And this is what we get.

We have an engineering ticket open for this issue, specifically for your Group - which is what 'we've escalated this issue to engineering' means.
Please continue working with the email team you've been in contact with to resolve the issue as no one here on Answers will be able to resolve this due to the fact that its a bug with the entire system.

I am having the same problem and was hoping to find an answer here. Yahoo has typically been unresponsive and/or not helpful at all when I have submitted questions to them in the past. I doubt we will have much luck, unfortunately. This new interface is terrible!!!
