Because you are quite pale and have small lips, use dark colours such as red, brown, purple, etc. these will help lift your face up and bring out your hair and eye colour more! Also don't forgot to add a little shine :)

I'd recommend for your skin tone a deeper pink or rose color. Not too dark, but not too light, just in the middle. Red would look a little too intense on you in my opinion.

general rule of thumb is to wear lipstick a shade or two darker than your natural lip color. lIp gloss also works well for everyday.
