my employer wants someone from the training department to observe?

My manager is going to have someone from our training department observe me. I have been with the company for almost a year, should I be concerned? I'm a bank teller.

    Just be yourself and do the same thing you have been doing. Large corporations do this all the time.

    I know it's nerve wrecking, just relax, nothing to worry about.
