Question about draw wieght on a bow?
I am looking into this bow on Craigslist and everything is just what I'm looking for. It a Mathews DXT but the problem is it has a 60/70 lb draw weight and I am a smaller frame person and pull around 50 lbs.
So my question is can this bows draw weight be backed off enough to be set to 50 lbs?
If so, is it recommended? Safe? recommended for hunting?
Thanks for your time!!

NO It can be adjusted as low as 60, but, you'll have to get stronger or learn better technique in order to draw it.
When a person uses a question mark as their name, you should always question their mark! Why would you buy something on CL, then spend more than its' worth to have it modified? Like paying for the dam thing twice/

If it is 60/70, that is what it will adjust to. Have your mommy buy you some Wheaties for breakfast.
