How well does this website serve as a training excercise for anti-science proponents of gobal warming?
We've got computer models that diverge from observation as soon as they're cast.
We've got cooling temperatures.
We've got growing ice sheets.
Record snowfalls over continental sized areas.
We have "scientists" who are totally clueless wrt statistical methods and data collection.

If they are being trained I don't think they are learning very much.
I expect they could use ad hom arguments before they came here and that has not changed. They still argue that the temperature is not decreasing even though it is. http://www.woodfortrees.org/plot/hadcrut4gl/from:2...
They keep repeating that we have known things since the days of Arhenius but seem unable to point to anything reliable that has happened in climate science since.
Some repeatedly quote the announcements made by the science institutions about the climate as if they were somehow endorsed by the membership - which they are not.
Many strenuously deny (not that they are deniers, of course) that climate scientists have ever forecast anything. Quite a few claim that sceptics never quote any sources for their information. They manage to do this without actually mentioning any science and certainly not giving any references.
Their science is often confused. Some days CO2 is the big demon and Quantum Electro-Dynamics gets a mention along with dipole moments and spectral analysis. Other days CO2 is just one of many players in the climate system.
They have failed to learn that there is also a political side to this debate. As no suitably approved scientist has ever forecast a temperature rise it seems somewhat incongruous that governments all over the world are trying to prevent a temperature rise based on what they think scientists have forecast.
There is a small number of scientifically minded people who answer here and can make a useful contribution. However, the ones who make the most noise seem to be the least able to do that.
So as a training experience I suggest it has not been an unqualified success.

The Dork will always be a dork. He is the epitome of the AGW crowd in intelligence. The scary part is that sometimes he shows the most intelligence of the AGW crowd. Ha! Ha! That isn't hard.
Thanks for highlighting his stupidity.
