This is a fancy way of saying that you have word finding problems. This usually shows itself in someone's difficulty with expressing themselves, because they have difficulty retrieving the words they want to use. This is especially troublesome when the person is asked about specific information. They may have this information but are unable to come up with the correct words, so it seems like they don't know.

It means you have trouble telling Ps from Qs , thats why the oldtimers use to say mind your Ps and Qs , it's a comon afliction english has a few of Bs and Ds look alot alike so it's easy to get confused . I don't know why they try to name it . it's just a grammer thing that has been going on sence the beginning of the english language . some of us are visual , you are probably a little bit gifted it the arts department , it's a visual thing
