How many calories would I need to burn each week in order to lose 30lbs by Christmas?

I work out 6 days per week. At the gym, I roughly burn around 600+ calories everyday, I am eating a lot less than I used to and a lot healthier than I used to, and definitely exercising a lot more than I used to, but I am only doing as much as I can handle. So I should be losing just over 1lb each week? I dunno, it just doesn't seem like it's enough... what else can I do except from around 70/80 minutes exercise at the gym 6 days per week?

    well i would say running for 30-40 mins 4 days a week

    an would also help if u lifted weights as del

    an reduce those carbs an sugars.. an eat more protein vegetables

    When you take into account my diet and routine I lost 31 pounds since early July. I weight lift for 1.5 - 2 hours a day, do core work, then run for 30-40 minutes and I burn off about 2,200 calories. By that rationale I was losing about 2.58 pounds per week (2-3 pounds a week is ideal).

    You would need to lose 2- 2.5 pounds pe rweek. which is 7,000-8750 calories per week. or 1167-1458 calories per day. Good luck, that is a rough diet
