How will my graduated licensing work with a ticket?
What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York
I got a speeding ticket (47 in a 30 zone) on Sunday, 9/29, and it's my first offense. I have a junior license but I turn 18 this Thursday, 10/3. How is that going to work? Will I have the points on my senior license? Does my license automatically turn to a senior license once I turn 18?
Will my license still be suspended?
Also, should I plead guilty or not guilty? I'm not sure how it works...

17 over the limit is a 6 point violation in NY. Conviction of one "serious traffic violation" can result in suspension of your Jr. operator's license and driving privileges for 60 days.
Since the violation happened while you held a junior operator's license those are the laws that will apply to your conviction and penalty.
My best guess, your license will be suspended for 60 days (if this does not happen you got very lucky), and there will be a fine to deal with. Of course this conviction will have an effect on your insurance premium.
