If you broke an arm AND a leg, what would you use to walk?

I'm writing a story and I'd like to know what would be used. Would you use a wheel chair or a crutch? As a side note, the broken arm and leg are on the same side.

    I'd most probably use a wheelchair. Using a crutch would be very difficult to get by with.

    U couldn't walk cause u need both arms for crutches, you'd b in a wheelchair
