Can we declare officially USA as a socialist dictatorship once goverment mandatory insurance be imposed?

Note: I still have the choice of not paying car insurance

Update:

Bycicle riders don't pay car insurance, taxi riders either, bus riders either, if you get a ride in your friends car either, they list goes on. Nothing to do with a mandatory imposed BS on every american

Car insurance at least makes sense. This Obamacare BS is going to destroy our economy to force things on us we don't want because the Democratic party is too stupid to admit they ****** up when putting such an unqualified candidate up for election. We will be more of a totalitarian government though since Obama will be out of office soon enough.

Well if the mandatory purchase of a private sector product is your (bizarre) definition of socialism then we became socialist with the Militia Act of 1792.

And if democratically elected congress and senate passing laws is your (bizarre) definition of a dictatorship then we became a dictatorship in 1789.

No, no you cannot. Alot of other countries, mine included, have national health care, yes its a 1/3 of our government spending, but that's fare to give everyone the help when they need it. Health insurance is available here bit most don't have it because the public sector, although slow, is able to handle our population. As it is in Australia, as it is in the united kingdom. I don't think health care is the communists kiss of death for America, and I worry about you sometimes America....... I really do....

I have the choice of "not" paying car insurance too, but my registration would be suspended if I did, and then if I got pulled over driving, I'd be paying fines.

I have no problem with mandated health insurance, what I have a problem with is the whole, this will be affordable....when it isn't. If health care premiums were closer to my own car insurance premiums were, I'd not have such a problem with it.

The teeth of the law only exist as long as you have an income that requires that you file a tax form. Also, native American tribes and the Amish are exempt, even though liberals won't admit it.

The ACA is a gift to many people. Millions can now be insured and not live their lives in fear of a severe injury or illness. Every other civilized nation in the world has health care for their citizens. I think that maybe we can now be declared a civilized nation.

Right now, it's more of a Fascist dictatorship with our warmongering abroad and our police state at home. We do have socialist elements with our public schools being the most glaring example. Why don't "conservatives" focus on privatizing education and doing away with our current indoctrination centers?

Yessss.....much better to keep the health system in US like it is - an expensive , inefficient load of BS , like a third world tinpot country. Its even worse than Iran : http://www.bloomberg.com/visual-data/best-and-wors...

No. A repetition of "socialist" or "dictatorship" does not make it so...no matter how many times or who repeats the claim.
