whats the effect and sign of plastic found on titan moon?

None yet, but if we ever start doing interplanetary travel, we might just settle there. We deduced the presence of plastic on titan by examining the chemical composition of its atmosphere with a spectrometer. Spectrometers can identify the chemicals present in an atmosphere by the light they emit.

Although... its not really fully-formed plastic, but it is one of the chemicals involved in its synthesis. Plastic is a large chain, called a polymer, and what we found was one of its chain-links, or monomers.

There is no plastic on the moon Titan. How anyone gets that idea is amazing.

Titan does have hydrocarbons - molecules composed of hydrogen and carbon (like methane, ethane, etc.). But hydrocarbons are naturally occuring compounds, found in nebula in space and in the atmospheres of the gas giants and probably other planets.

As far as i understand TITAN has NO moon, because is Titan is a moon of Saturn. If you read a little you would know this by now

Well, there's no effect yet; it may mean we have a new reason for interplanetary travel - more plastics for Earth without the bother of paying other countries for petroleum! (Sure, it costs a little more, but we're worth it...)

Nothing, we already knew it had a lot of hydrocarbons, some polymerization is to be expected. The same thing happens on your frying pan which is where that crud that builds up are.
