Does anyone know the name of this product?

Apologies in advance if this is the wrong section but its a question about something I use every day when I'm out with the dogs.

I recently read a small article in a magazine about a moisturising hand cleaner. It acts the same as a gel hand wash (no water or towels needed) but is a hand wash and hand cream combined.

It wasn't very expensive, around £1 - £1.50. I remember thinking what a great product and for the life of me I can't find it !

If anyone can help I'll happily award ten points.

Update:

Thanks but please read the question. No towels or water needed, i.e. you can carry it with you and use it on the go.

Update 2:

Sorry guys thanks for your answers but its a hand wash and hand cream in one.

I have plenty of hand creams and sanitisers this one was unique combining both functions.

I use Carex Protect + plus 50ml which at 0.99 pence is a reasonably price and easily fits into a pocket, but may not be the product you are looking for.

I'll probably be just as helpful as the rest thus far... but if you remember the name of the magazine, you might find it easier.

Okeeffe's is a great moisturizer for your hands & they make 1 for feet as well.

I wish they'd make a hand wash, but haven't seen one yet.

We personally have a supply of the foot & hand cream on hand and I buy them as gifts for our ranch friends.

There are many brands that do this.

You can get them at any chemist like boots or superdrug or even in supermarkets.

Do you think it could be Dettol Instant hand sanitser? It washes hands and there is no need for soap or water and it provides a long- lasting moisturizing effect for soft, smooth hands. :3
