What is the THL and GTR after the 10K mark on a gold jewelry?

I have a heart shaped pendant that's marked 10K. Next to it in caps are the letters GTR (upper case) and another 10K piece has THL. I know the 925 SU (Silver Unlimited?) is a big manufacturer of silver products in Italy. And is it true if it's marked Italy" the piece is more valuable?

Thanks for your help

Many times those letters are code for the store, designer etc..

Gold & silver are gold & silver, no matter where they're made. Gold & silver have international value that moves every day up or down.

    925 means sterling silver.

10K gold means 0.417 pure gold.

14K gold means 0.585 pure gold.

18K gold means 0.750 pure gold.

24K gold means 100% pure gold.
