How Can I stay Interested in Reading Textbooks?
I'm disappointed in myself because I can play a game for over 12 hours without stopping, but when I read a textbook or book on a subject that I like, I can't find myself sitting for more than half an hour a day. I need advice on how to read more and stay interested

Sit for a half hour at a time with any book. Then spend at least 15 minutes at another activity and then sit with another book for a half hour. Continue the process. Do a lot of underlining and make notes in the margin so that you are doing an interactive activity, not just reading. If actually sitting is the problem, read standing up, or even walking back and forth in your room. Best wishes.
