Can I get kicked out of the youtube partners program?
I have a youtube channel where I teach how to play songs on the piano. I don't want to get in trouble with the whole copyright laws and rules. I'm not claiming that the songs are my own, I'm just simply doing tutorials on them.
If I'm gonna get profit from their music through my videos will that count against me? Doesn't this fall under "Fair Use"? I'm I supposed to put a disclaimer in the description box/video?

I'm not too sure how the copyright issues go with Youtube because they can be quite confusing.
Well you can put a disclaimer stating your use of the music is for educational purposes, that could help with a number of copyright owners.
However it wouldn't hurt to try and contact any original creators and let them know what you will be using their music for, they could give you some contracts to sign and such, that is the hardest way around but the surest way too.
Alternatively get some public domain or creative commons music for use in your lessons if possible.
