i want to publish a magazine. How to make it legal in term of tax?
i want to publish a magazine. I am going to take registration number from ISSN. I shall have some income from this magazine. Shall I have to do any business registration or so to pay the tac? or it will come under my personal income like my salary?
I searched in internet, but no satisfactory answer able to locate. As much as I able to understand that to sale a magazine i must register it. That is why I am registering my magazine to get an unique ISSN number.
But as it will offer me some income so tax payment become must. I am confused in this part. Can anyone please help me to get a solution?

Email you states' Secretary of State, tell em you're starting a new business. They'll take it from there.
